I am a member of the Lancashire Army Cadet Force and I have been attending for about 4 years now and im at the rank of Company Sergeant Major. I love the ACF, i think that it can change you in lots of different ways.. such as building confidence, learning to work as a team and with people that you have never met and it also teaches you to become a leader. I attended a leadership course in the south of England at a place called Frimley Park which is where cadets from across the Country get selected and go to develop their leadership skills further.. we wer also joined by the Canadian cadets who were on an exchange program. This course really opened my eyes, i met a lot of amazing people there with extremely strong characters and skills. I will never forget the people i met at Frimley, no matter how hard things got we still got each other through the course and worked as a great team. I love my friends from the ACF i dno what life would be like if i never met them., Army Cadet Force- Inspire to Achieve
